Secure Patient Portal through nextMD
Family Health Center is now offering a Secure Patient Portal for the convenience of our patients. Through the Secure Patient Portal, patient are able to:
- Request an appointment
- Exchange secure email with your physician and other staff members
- Request a copy of your labs or chart note
- Receive messages from your physician
- Request medication renewals
- Request referrals
- View Statements
Another benifit is that providers are able to send patients messages such as appointment reminders, electronic statements and lab results.
Log in to Patient Portal
To create your account
To access the patient portal, a Family Health Center staff member must provide you with a security token, which is used to initially create the account. Once you have a security token, you will click on the Patient Portal Log in link.
